Postage & Handling

Postage within Australia

We use Australia Post’s registered mail service and Couriers. This service includes insurance and deliveries can be tracked ensuring your package will get to where it needs to go. Note that all receipted post deliveries require a signature on delivery – therefore please make sure you list your shipping address as either a home address where someone will be there to sign for the parcel or a work address.

If you are in a big rush to get your package, we can deliver in Australia via Express post. This guarantees delivery next working day in metropolitan areas for parcels posted before 6pm (The guarantee is not applicable in remote areas).

The express mail price is the same as the registered mail price, however this form of delivery is not guaranteed and we cannot be liable for lost packages. Please let us know in the comments box at checkout if you would like us to use express post your package. (unless we hear otherwise from you we will send your package via registered mail).

Delivery times: In Stock items are usually dispatched from us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Delivery in Australia via registered post usually takes 2-8 working days depending on your location.


Postage & handling fees: Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate

$10 for packages up to 500 grams
$15 for packages between 501grams and 5 kg.
Any packages above 5kg we will need to get you a quote.

Your shipping costs are shown at the check out. You can proceed through the checkout to confirm postage costs without placing your order. The very last order process is to confirm or decline placement of your order.

Note: Very large orders may incur extra postage fees. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or canceling your order.


Postage to the rest of the world

We delivers worldwide using the services of Australia Post. If you would like us to deliver internationally, we will weigh your order, get a quote for regular post to your address and inform you of the postage fees BEFORE we charge your credit card and mail your order. This ensures that you are never charged more than cost price for delivery.

Since all our International orders are posted utilizing Australia Post, please note rates will be calculated on the current rates as charged by Australia Post plus any packaging costs. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as we have no control over the parcel once it leaves our premises. International Postage rates can be viewed at http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp


Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service department via e-mail, at admin@mrteeshirts.com.au or phone (03) 8590.4674 in Australia or +61-3-8590.4674 from overseas with the following information: 

  1. Order number
  2. Product name
  3. Reason for return
  4. Return for replacement, exchange or refund.

We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
All returned products must be in the original condition (unused or soiled) with all packing material, manuals and registration card(s).
Please ensure that returned products are packed in their original packaging and they are in suitable condition to be re-sold.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.
Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is considered faulty.

If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card or bank account within 24 hours of receipt of goods provided the RAN (Return Authorization Number) is clearly marked on the package. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference. We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).

Return or exchange of sale items

Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

Return or exchange of faulty items

We are extremely vigilant in our quality control and we check all products to the best of our ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, we will replace it with no charge for any extra postage and handling provided it is posted within Australia. For returns / exchanges outside Australia please contact us on admin@mrteeshirts.com.au
